MARKETING YOUR HOME:
Recently on NBC News, a nationally recognized correspondent emphasized that in order to sell your home, you need to find the top 10% brokers in your community and list with one of those brokers. A huge emphasis was placed on the importance of an agent who understands marketing. While I have a real estate license and am proud to call myself a REALTOR, I am even more of a marketing professional who happens to be a REALTOR. While every conventional technique of relationships and traditional promotion are emphasized, even more cutting-edge marketing techniques are employed to make sure your home rises to the top. As of January 2008, my average days on market are 28. My sellers are getting 98% of their asking price. |

BUYING YOUR HOME:
Market-knowledge, strong reputation and sharp negotiation skills are all absolute "must haves" when working with an agent to buy your home. Whether you are buying your first home, your post-break-up home, your retirement home, a investment property, a 1031 exchange property or you need help with land, commercial or multi-family, I have honed my skills in all the right areas. Of course, on a not-so-Miss-America-interview level, I've pretty much lived everywhere in Nashville (or at least dated someone in all the areas.) Whether you want East Nashville, downtown, West Nashville, South Nashville or North Nashville, I honestly have lived in all these districts. I'm tired! |

PRICING YOUR HOME:
If you really want to sell your home, you have to price it right! In order to price it right, you have to have all the statistics, market momentum and information on competitive properties. I pride myself on getting you top dollar while making sure your home is priced perfectly for a win-win negotiation. |

A VISIT FROM JACKIE:
Jackie Leavenworth is a senior CRS instructor, personal coach and national speaker. The CRS designation is the PhD of the real estate industry, and I met Jackie as I was earning my CRS designation. We instantly became peer mentors. Recently, Jackie was speaking for the first time in Tennessee and stopped by my home for brunch. Here, Jackie gives her advice for new homesellers. |
